We had a great experience at this self-storage facility, thanks to Paula, the manager. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped us find the perfect unit for my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained — and it’s clear Paula takes pride in her work. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and her friendly attitude really stood out. I highly recommend this location, and especially commend Paula for her outstanding customer service!

This is a great place for storage needs. Spacious and clean. The manager was great, friendly and most helpful. Customer service like I have not encountered for a long time.

I just rented a unit at your safe self storage facility today and Paula the manager was fantastic! She was very friendly and courteous as soon as I walked in the door. She made me feel very comfortable about putting my belongings in storage as I felt a little unsure. She showed me the unit explain everything very thoroughly it was very clean. She spent a lot of time with me explaining all of my options and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the storage facility to anyone I know in the future. Thank you Paula!
