Access Storage - Brampton

I am thoroughly impressed by this company! Access Storage has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout our move. I own and operate a small private school and this summer we are relocating. There is a 4-5 week gap between leaving the old school and the new school being built and ready for move in. We needed to rent storage lockers for this period and from the first phone call to arrange things to checking in at the facility, everyone has been friendly, helpful and well informed on the services provided. The storage locker was clean and I could even purchase a padlock right on the premises. Thank you Access Storage!

Well I can’t explain how my experience was right from the phone call . The lady customer service was very very helpful . I booked the storage on the phone and when I went to the store my experience was really outstanding and amazing . Your employee Ranjit Singh is very outstanding and great guy . He explained me everything about the promotion and also showed me the storage area . I didn’t get this type of great and excellent customer service in a years . Thank you Ranjit Singh for providing the great service and going forward and ask me for a water . It’s really mean a lot . You make my day . Will definitely refer more ppl . Thank you

The worst rental experience I have ever had. My first time renting a unit with these guys and I feel robbed. Upon contacting them I was told I have 48 hours to cancel with no additional fees or charges however I was charged $102.82 for a unit which I cancelled within 48 hours and I am now being told I will not be receiving a refund. How does this make sense? You should make sure all your employees are informed the same information so customers aren’t left misinformed and feeling robbed. You stole from me and I will never recommend your business to anyone. I wish I could give you a lower rating but Google doesn’t allow it. Have a good day.

Ranjit was very helpful when myself and my daughter came here. We wanted the storage unit for the same day as we already had many boxes with us to store. He showed us the unit we wanted before we rented and was then kind enough to stay after closing time to help get everything set up for us.
