I’ve never used public storage before, and my experience with this location has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I felt supported and understood—thanks to the incredible team of Peter and his right-hand, Ranjit. They take the time to understand your needs and work with you to find the best solutions. Their level of care and service made a huge difference—I probably wouldn’t have stayed so long or picked up a second unit without them.
They helped build a sense of trust that eased my worries about storing items in a public space. The units are generously sized, pricing is reasonable, and access has never been an issue. While there’s a minor rodent concern due to the outdoor nature of the site and stored goods, I’ve never felt that my belongings were at risk.
I'm now down to one unit, and although I’m not sure when I’ll move out, I do know one thing: while I’m here, I can rest easy knowing my things are being looked after.
Thank you both for an outstanding experience. You've truly raised the bar.

I had such a great experience with Ari at Access Storage. She was extremely helpful, patient, and so pleasant to talk to. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with care and clarity. I was really impressed with the customer service at Access Storage. Crystal and Ranjit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit. They were so friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I recently visited Access Storage and had a great experience thanks to Ranjit Saini. From the moment I arrived, Ranjit was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I got the right storage solution without any hassle.
Ranjit explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the entire process quick and easy. His customer service was outstanding, and I felt confident that my belongings would be safe and well taken care of.
