The customer service is what made our experience with this company great. From the representatives on the phone to the drivers who came to our house, everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Communication via email was consistent and any questions or concerns that I had were quickly resolved. The convenience of having the cube on our property for packing and unpacking relieved much of the stress of our long distance move.

Easy to organize and navigate. Very helpful and friendly lady we dealt with. Added benefit that if you go over a month and return early they prorate the bill and don't charge for a full month. They showed up when they said and took care not to damage the driveway

Great customer service! They were able to accommodate last minute changes and additional containers as needed. I will definitely use them again and refer friends to them to assist with temporary storage for moving and renovating.

Amazing customer service!!! Drivers are awesome, they’re quick and very polite. The convenience of the service on top of the amazing staff makes this a perfect moving solution!!!
