The Cubeit office staff was responsive to all of my inquiries and very helpful with my initial booking and with arrangements for pickup. Catherine, in particular was helpful in advocating for me when I was mistaken about our invoice date prior to the unit being picked up. Both the delivery and pickup of the unit was quick and efficient, with no issues regarding the exact placement on the driveway that I had requested. It was precise and did not cause any damage. The one improvement I would suggest would be to provide the client with an estimate of the pickup time. I received an email confirming the date of pickup but not a time, so I was a bit panicky the morning of pickup about having to clear the snow that had fallen during the night. Not knowing the aproximate arrival time of the truck meant that I was up early shoveling snow to ensure it would be clear around the unit. Even a text from the driver saying they are on their way would be a help. All in all we were pleased with the unit, although the roll-up door was a bit difficult to operate in the winter. With a bit of ice and snow on it, the operation was not as smooth as hinged doors might have been. The translucent roof was nice, allowing some light into the unit during the day. Although we rented the unit for far longer than we expected, the rate was reasonable and the service exceptional. Thank you.

Fantastic service and excellent value, their driver who dropped off the Cube explained the process clearly and made us feel very comfortable with our choice of storage company. The customer service was top notch, great company. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving to a new home.

Perfect for our construction sites. Allows all material and tools to be safely stored onsite and easy access for our workers. Highly recommend for all renovation projects. Cheaper than an extra vehicle.

Two basement floods and both times CubeIt had a container here the next day. Incredible service. Same with the customer service reps when I called. Each time, they are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
