The customer service at this location in Brampton is remarkably, including the movers. They did an excellent job. Everyone here is very friendly , polite and respectful. As I was consulting different storage facilities, Dymon Storage really stood out as they offered a free move service if you sign a 3-month storage contract. At first I was skeptical so I went to this facility for a consultation. We were met by Jyoti who was very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. She was able to give us a tour of the facility along with answer all our questions. More specifically, Jyoti answered our questions pertaining to the insurance of our belongings while in storage and the security of the facility itself. She made it easy for us by accommodating us in all aspects of the process and very well versed in knowing everything about storage. We ended up signing a 3 month storage contract for a 10 x 10 unit which included 1 free move. When the movers arrived on the day of the move, they were very professional, careful and diligent when handling everything within the home. They put down mats on the floor, they shrink wrapped all our furniture and made sure that we were 100% satisfied before doing anything. They handled everything with care. They even offered us extra blankets for the more fragile things like our TV’s and mirrors and shrink wrapped on top. The blankets were $1.50 extra per month but well worth it. Once they arrived at the facility with our furniture they were able to arrange our furniture into our storage locker and again handled everything with care once again. This storage facility is state of the art - that’s an understatement. It has 24 hour access, it’s very clean and they have all the equipment you need to move things in or out of your storage locker. From the moment you drive into the facility, you don’t have to be outside which makes it easier for you move your things in or out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage facility. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. Even if you’re just looking for a move, I wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else. I would use these guys just for the move at their hourly rate without the storage. The movers were over the top. These guys are definitely the best and the staff at the storage facility here is also exceptional.

Great storarage location be it long or short term. Location offers many other services as well many at no added cost. Used just storage ad it was adequate, clean, safe with 24/7 keyless access via app. Internal load bay means you are never exposed for load/unload tasks. Highly recommend
