I had a great experience at migson public storage From the moment I walked in, Randy made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. He’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. He took the time to explain all my options, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made sure I was fully comfortable with everything before I left.
What really stood out to me was his attitude—super friendly, patient, and respectful. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. It’s not often you come across someone who provides this level of service anymore.
The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are in good hands. But honestly, Randy is what made the whole experience top-tier.
If you’re looking for storage and want great service, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Randy—you won’t be disappointed!

I reserved a unit and visited the store the same day. The staff were courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service overall was excellent. I was pleased to receive the 50% discount, and I found the cost of the unit to be competitive and within market range. I also appreciated the convenient location, especially since I was moving from a neighbouring office.

I shopped around for storage (due to downsizing) and luckily found Migson. The rates are very reasonable and Daryl and Randy were so helpful and professional explaining all the sizes and insurance options. The best part is they are very centrally located.

This place is great! The booking and moving in process was smooth and easy, and the manager explained everything in detail and even helped us out with a dolly to move in our stuff. Our unit was clean before we arrived and it was a pretty good size too! Highly recommend!
