Setting up my unit was a breeze—everything was explained clearly, and I was in and out in no time. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings. Was shopping around for a storage that suited me. Came across Migson Public Storage searching the web. This place is a diamond in the ruff. I was greeted with excellent customer service from Arsh. He knew what he was talking about. Arsh was very knowledgeable. The unit and building was very clean, best of all, easy access to your units and EXCELLENT RATES. I AM VERY HAPPY.

I needed a storage space urgently and the location was closed when I reached there at 11.00am on Saturday although it showed it was open. I called the number given on their website and spoke to Michael who helped me out with booking a space for me online and explaining everything which made the process smooth and efficient. I have used this location a couple of times and have been quite satisfied with the facilities. Joanne had helped me before and is very helpful with the process. A big thanks to Michael for helping me out of the way!
