I initially left a 3-star review because at that moment I felt my concerns were not fully understood. However, what truly stood out to me was the way the team handled the situation afterward.
I received a call from the management team who genuinely wanted to understand my experience and know how they could improve. They took the extra initiative to communicate with me, listen carefully to my concerns, and work toward a solution. That level of customer service is something I truly appreciate.
Not only did they resolve the issue professionally, but they also offered me the best available promotion and even informed me about their referral bonus program, which was a thoughtful gesture.
I want to especially appreciate Paula and Prabhleen for going the extra mile and showing that customer feedback truly matters to them. It’s rare to see businesses take reviews as an opportunity to improve rather than ignore them.

I just rented a unit at your safe self storage facility today and Paula the manager was fantastic! She was very friendly and courteous as soon as I walked in the door. She made me feel very comfortable about putting my belongings in storage as I felt a little unsure. She showed me the unit explain everything very thoroughly it was very clean. She spent a lot of time with me explaining all of my options and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the storage facility to anyone I know in the future. Thank you Paula!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this facility! Paula Crowder was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful—she made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is impeccably clean, well-lit, and I feel very safe leaving my belongings here. The 10x10 unit I rented is perfect and very clean. I visited this storage location recently to inquire about a unit, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service. Prableen and Paula at the front desk were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly.
They helped us find the perfect unit, offered a great deal with amazing promotions, and even arranged a moving truck, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out.
