We had a great experience at this self-storage facility, thanks to Paula, the manager. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped us find the perfect unit for my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained — and it’s clear Paula takes pride in her work. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and her friendly attitude really stood out. I highly recommend this location, and especially commend Paula for her outstanding customer service!

I had such an amazing experience with this location. I secured a 10x10 unit over the phone with a sales rep for this location, paid and everything. When I went on site a wonderful lady named Paula took us to our unit. Since we were expecting something closer to the entrance and that unit didn't work out, Paula went above and beyond to find a unit that would work. Even went online to check other locations and price match with competitors for a better fit.
Honestly she is a gem. Management really needs to show their appreciation with a raise or some sort of monetary compensation. My future storage needs will be based on this experience. If I don't get the Paula treatment elsewhere, I am not going with them 🤷♀️

I used this storage temporarily for 3 mths, I needed a unit close to the office, no stairs and large enough to hold my stuff temporarily. Paula worked with me to secure a unit, that met my expectations, Her exceptional customer service skills, her knowledge and support is a so refreshing! She addressed my concerns promptly. The rental process was simple and straightforward, with clear communication throughout."
When my dates changed she was very flexible and processed the changes promptly and most efficiently.
Highlgly recommend this location, all because of Paula!
