She was incredibly helpful, offering clear explanations and even taking me on a cart to show the spotless storage units. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel confident in choosing Access Storage. I’m truly impressed by her exceptional support—highly recommend!

I went to the Ardglen location to inquire about storage last Friday. The moment I walked in, the Rep Paula was welcoming and asked me to wait, while she served another customer. My turn came, She very helpful, offering detailed explanations and options. She took us on the cart to show us the storage. The unit was very clean and so was the complex. I walked away feeling very good about decision to use Access storage. I was very impressed with this representative!!

Great customer service! Very detailed and feels like they care about informing you of everything. Love the promo and the option to pay for a weekly rental if you don’t need it for a whole month before moving out. The area is gated and each building is secured with another door/gate.
