This is my first experience with storage. Started with a phone and describing what I needed. The woman I started with help me find the size that will suit my needs. I then went to the location to do paperwork and see the unit. The people there so friendly and helpful. I am glad I picked that location, and look forward to using it for my temporary time I will be there. I highly recommend them.

She took her time to explain everything to me, she also took her time to help me chose the perfect storge size for me and answered all my questions. All the staff are great. Special shout out to Paula. She is very professional and personable. I had to delay my appointment because I was sick, she was very accommodating and was even willing to wait if I was running late.
