Smart stop vodden has been an amazing storage unit to use for the last year. Mostly because of Tamana & Komal who have been providing me above and beyond customer service and help. They are the reason why I continue to use smart stop vodden, thank you so much to them.
This location is very good, always clean. I had a complaint once of no carts available, and that was quickly rectified in less than 24h. Now there is always carts there. the garage door stopped working one time, I informed Tamana and Komal , and it was fixed next time I was there. What more could you ask for, thank you.
The prices are fair , I do wish head office slowed down the frequency of price increases, but they are very accommodating and usually under market rate, or right at market rate.
I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. And I am very thankful for the help received by staff here. Usually it’s Tamana and Komal. Tysm! 12/10

She is ready to be a store manager, she is great, accommodating and gave us a pleasant time inquiring about the services.
