When I first started communicating with SmartStop Self-Storage located at 24 Vodden St. E , Brampton Ontario. I was pleasantly greeted by Tamanma and Gagandeep. My wife and I made the necessary inquiries regarding what we were looking for and our expectations. Both Tamanma and Gagandeep very pleasantly explained everything in explicit details to us. They were pleasant, respectful, and very courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a storage space whether temporary or long term to go to this location and I guarantee that you will be very very well treated as we have been.

My experience with Komalpreet was pleasant. She provided great customer service. The practice of changing the rate every 3/4 months is preditory but otherwise a clean temperature controlled building.
