SmartStop Self Storage

Employee Zack was extremely helpful in answering all our questions, showed a lot of Patience with us not understanding the policy and kept explaining it until we fully understood. Prices are great and storage space is exactly what we needed. 10/10. Would absolutely recommend this employee and this company.

There are a lot of pro’ and con’s to this storage facility but unfortunately the cons are significant. The location is very convenient, elevators are quick and many locations. Also, it kept relatively clean. Let’s move to the con’s parking as well as loading and unloading is an issue. The street or lane way to the plaza has cars speeding causing apprehension when loading or unloading. There are never carts available. The rear loading dock does not work. In my opinion, the biggest con is the pricing strategy in the beginning. The pricing is tolerable after six months they increase and use the market as an excuse for the ridiculous increase.

Mr. Heffner was very polite and ready to answer any questions we had. He was full of information and had some good stories to tell. He is one hell of an employee, especially one at a storage unit. Most employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, have been rude. Especially in today's world where every younger human is on their phones, whether they have a customer or not. Mr Heffner's phone was only touched when his boss called. I was impressed! I will definitely recommend Smart Stop to my friends because of the professionalism Mr. Heffner had displayed today!!

If I could give a 0 I would... these people are crooks... their payment system bucks, their customer service bucks and you'd be better off storing your stuff under a bridge... do NOT use these people, they will rip you off and hold your stuff hostage if you don't pay them the charges they have no rights putting on you... Hire people that speak English fluently too...smh

Awesome service!! Very helpful throughout the entire process!! Any future storage needs I will be coming back to this one just off customer service alone!! Buddy with the long nice beard is the one to go to!!! He's amazing!!!
