Vaultra Storage is honestly one of the best storage facilities out there. The bays are clean, organized, and almost always available (which already puts them ahead of the game). Both full-size elevators work perfectly, so you’re not stuck awkwardly lifting heavy stuff and questioning your life choices. Dollies are always available too—huge plus. Harsukhpreet and Shubra are amazing employees. They’re friendly, helpful, and actually want to help, which feels rare these days. They also have some really good offers, and fair warning—once you start storing here, you’ll probably never want to leave. Great facility, great people, zero headaches. Highly recommended.

The storage facility itself is excellent — clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. Elevators and dollies are always available, and the staff is professional and helpful. The mats guy is especially helpful — he always helps manage the bay traffic, gives me proper bay space, and assists with parking, which makes loading and unloading much easier. Most customers are friendly and cooperative. That said, there are occasionally a few irritated or frustrated customers who create unnecessary conflict, which can make things harder for others trying to work peacefully. Overall, the facility and staff handle things well

I was helped by Rock who I had 3 calls with because I kept calling back for clarification and was still met with so much patience! I was able to book my unit with so much support! Rock was so warm and helpful with all the costs I needed to consider, allowing me keep better track of the promos and post-promo prices. Highly recommend - thanks Rock!
